Australians do not consent to Vaccine coercion
On 19 August Dr Nick Coastworth Federal Department of Health Vice Chief Health Officer said; if you don’t have the Covid19 the government might implement ‘No Jab, No Pay’. This could include, but not be limited to, no social benefits, no public transport, no interstate or air travel, no restaurants, no footy and no work. This is un-Australian and is medical apartheid.

The vaccinated has nothing to fear from those who are hesitant. Where there is risk there must be choice. The new RNA vaccines irrevocably alter your DNA. There have never been used before. This is no long-term trials. The vaccine companies have immunity from liability. If they maim or kill, no problem. If an employer in Victoria has an employee who dies, they can go to jail for 25 years.

The letter on this page is designed to put pressure on Government Members of parliament. Particularly back benchers who have precarious marginal seats. They will in turn pressure the Cabinet and their Leader. The opposition will respond the same way. They only understand loss of job and loss of power.

Senator Pauline Hanson has sated she is against mandatory vaccination and any form of coercion of Australians. She will be happy to receive support to act as your voice.

These are guerilla tactics against those who have abandoned us, and would brutalise us. We have seen it clearly during Covid19.

Re: No Jab No pay coercion
Dear Mr. Morrison,

On 19 August 2020, Mr. Nick Coatsworth, the Federal Deputy Chief Medical Officer of the Department of Health. referred to a possible ‘No Jab, No pay’ proposal to coerce Vaccine Hesitant Australians to accept vaccination. He elaborated by saying there might be no; internal or overseas travel, access to restaurants, public transport, and other measures.
There are a significant number of Australians who are SARS-CoV-2 (Covid19) Vaccine Hesitant. The guesstimate seems around one-third of Australians. Where risks exist, there must be a choice, notwithstanding, vaccinated people have nothing to fear from unvaccinated, if the new unproven RNA and DNA altering vaccines have long-term efficacy and safety.

While I understand Coatsworth was not voicing official government policy for your government, he is an unelected advisor with extraordinary powers, including advising your government and the power to alarm the public.

Your government, and every State government is on notice. If coercion or capricious retribution is used against Vaccine Hesitant Australians, it will shift Australia’s power balance of the nation away from the major political parties, who support selective discrimination against Australians, creating second-class citizens in a de facto medical apartheid State.
The beneficiaries will be Pauline Hanson’s One Nation, who has already come out against mandatory vaccination and coercion forcing Australians to take a Covid19 vaccine.
The Australia United Party and Mr. Palmer himself are in no mood for more government overreach. It will also benefit new parties being registered in anticipation of discrimination towards Australians who demand choice in vaccination. It will also see the rise of countless Independents.
This menagerie and new ‘Caucus for Choice’ will be uncontrollable, making Australia ungovernable, creating instability, fostering community resentment and pitting Australian against Australian. The nation will be divided, and forever at the polls.

The nation will see a return to the 1950s and 60s’ when the Democratic Labour Party held the balance of power in Australia. It kept Robert Menzies and the Liberal/Country Party (Nationals) in power for decades. If this is what both you and the State Premiers don’t welcome, you should publicly distance yourself from Nick Coatsworth’s un-Australian remarks.

Any ‘no jab no pay’ discrimination policies will be challenged in the courts leading to embarrassment for any government who tries coercion. I am holding a QC Memorandum of Advice dated 18 August 2020, which sets out the prospects for a legal challenge as – ‘good prospects’. See pages 22-26. You can view it at www.sidualmedia.com

I await your reply whether your government intends to adopt coercion against Australians who refuse the Covid19 vaccine. Australians need to be put as ease now. Australians demand your public announcement rejecting Coatsworth’s remarks.
Sincerely yours,
